JI-EX-IPG Introduction
- The explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge is in accordance with the national standard “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment”
- Part 1: General Requirements GB 3836-1-2010, Part 2: Explosion Type “D” GB3836-2-2010 and the relevant regulations and industries standard “Electrical contact pressure gauge” is designed according to the requirements of JB/T9273-1999 and manufactured with drawing and technical document s approved by the nationally designated inspection agency.
Purpose
- Explosion-proof mark of explosion-proof electric contact pressure gauge: ExdllCT6/BT6 (mark Ex. Explosionproof type “d”, category IIC/IIB, temperature group T6) is suitable for measuring the pressure of media with a temperature below 70 Deg C in explosive gas environment, and through the use of electrical signaling devices and electrical devices with corresponding explosion-proof properties, it can perform multiple functions such as automatic control, alarm and remote signal transmission for the measured pressure, case protection grade IP65.
Instrument structure and explosion-proof principle
- The instrument consists of flameproof shell and electric contact pressure gauge inside, During operation, when the flammable mixture inside the case explodes due to sparks or arcs (Caused by the electrical signaling device of the electric contact pressure gauge) etc. it will not cause the explosion of the explosive gases outside the instrument, thereby achieving the purpose of explosion protection.
